Pink Studio is a visual production studio based in Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo, Brazil. We are responsible for the data handled on this website, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
What we collect
Only what you write in the contact forms: name, company, email, country, type of project, timeline, budget range, your message and reference links.
In the talent form: name, email, field, portfolio link and your message.
The site has no sign-up and uses no cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, talk about your project and, for talent, review your portfolio. We don’t sell or rent data, and we don’t use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
The forms are delivered by a form service that sends your message to our email. The website runs on a hosting service. These providers only handle the data to deliver their service.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies: no analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep messages while the conversation or project is active, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Talent portfolios are kept for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to know who it was shared with. Write to comercial@wearepink.com.br.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with its update date.
